Marsden Bay Christian Camp: Year 4-6
The standout event of Term 3 for our senior primary students!
The highlight of the term for our senior primary students has been going to Marsden Bay Christian Camp.
Tamariki had a fantastic time and enjoyed a wide range of activities, including:
Bus Trip and Whangarei Waterfall: An exciting start to our adventure.
A special encounter with Sparky, the kiwi, where the students could see and touch this amazing native bird.
Activities including: Archery, frisbee golf, kayaking, bumper balls, trust course, volleyball, water slide, flying fox, arts and crafts, and more kept everyone engaged and entertained.
Camp Life: From the dorms to journal writing, marshmallows by the fire, bedtime stories, and a talent show featuring a special skit from the parents.
Meals and Clean-Up: Enjoying meals together and pitching in with the clean-up, fostering a sense of community and responsibility.
Our campers pushed their limits, creating lasting memories and deepening friendships that will extend well beyond this experience.
Thank you to all our volunteer parents, our staff Miss Grace, Mrs Zaisluik and Mr Bartlett, and all those who planned, supported and participated to ensure the smooth running of the camp and wellbeing of your tamariki.
