Year 8 Zone Day: Inter-school Touch Rugby
The sun came out for this event, and it was HOT!
A mixed group of our Year 8 students recently attended the Interschool Touch Tournament at Sunnynook Park. They played five 20-minute games over the day, competing against teams from several local schools.
Our students gave their all on the field, displaying great sportsmanship, teamwork, and having fun! There were some outstanding teams out there, and it was exciting to watch.
A big thank you to our players for their dedication and positive attitude throughout the tournament. A special thanks also to our parent volunteers, Rhonda Meafou and Matt Fox, for their help at the event.
