This year at Hornby High School, we held a canned food drive for the local Hornby Salvation Army for our Stars Community Project.

"I found the Project really insightful, as I enjoyed seeing the process of how food parcels are made for those who need them, along with seeing all the food our community has donated to the Salvation Army. The workers at the Salvation Army were so kind and included us in their 'Community Cuppa' where my group and I met some wonderful people from our community and had a great chat with them. All in all, I really enjoyed the Stars Community Project for 2023, as it was inspiring to see this fantastic service helping out our local community".
