Our crew of students were keen to go - everyone was on time and ready to board the bus on a very cold early morning!

Year 12s from all schools around Christchurch and Canterbury were invited to the University of Canterbury for Discovery Day. A milieu of students with bags, individual programmes of their chosen lectures, and phones gathered by the university library. They were ready to start their day with their first round of lectures.

All our students were dressed smartly in school uniform, engaged with the day, and carried a

positive and enthusiastic attitude. It was a day well spent experiencing university life. We were very proud how they represented Hornby High School.
