2021 has an amazing group of Star mentors who gave up some of their holidays to complete the Stars training and are now in the swing of Stars lessons with the new Year 9 students.

The Stars programme strengthens young people for that tricky transition into secondary school, through training and supporting the Star mentors walking alongside the new Year 9’s.

Stars is the next step that the Graeme Dingle Foundation offers after Kiwi Can, it is to help the Year 9 students as they journey into secondary school. It is a 12 month mentoring programme that supports, motivates, and positively reinforces, Year 9 students during their first year at secondary school.
