Live performances from Year 13 Music students wow an appreciative audience in the Hornby High School auditorium
Last night our Year 13 music students gave their annual music recitals. Their NCEA performance standards require them to perform pieces in front of a live audience, and they did just that for a very appreciative crowd.
"The performances were absolutely delightful" said Principal Mr Robin Sutton. "It was great to see so much talent on show." The students performed a range of pieces from a variety of genres, and were even joined on stage several times by Mrs Katie Beer, HoD Music, and Ms Sarah Richardson (Head of the junior choir).
