On Thursday 5 August CGTA and the University of Canterbury ran a Geography Scholarship day for those students intending to sit a Geography Scholarship at the end of the year. Three students from Hornby High School, Cameron (Year 13), Natasha (Year 12), and Nathan (Year 12) attended the training.

It was great to see these students leading conversations and being asked to give their opinions to the whole cohort. Their inclusion of all students was a great display of #manahoromaka. At the end they helped the presenters pack up before leaving. I was proud to see the Hornby values at work.
