Community Conversation at St Mark’s Church, 150 Withells Road, Avonhead, presented by the Brainwave Trust

Our presenter will be Jim Sole. He has been a police officer for 27 years. He is a qualified Youth Aid Officer. He has specialised in family violence since 2000. He received a QSM for his services overseas and within the family violence sector within Canterbury and nationally. He has been the supervisor of the Family Safety Team for 7 years – a multi agency team that manages high to extreme risk family violence cases in Canterbury. His focus is on the impact of family violence on children.

The cost is $10 per person, which includes supper. You can pay at St Mark's Church Office, 150 Withells Rd, between 9 am and 12 pm Mon-Fri, or post a cheque to the Office, made out to St Mark's Presbyterian Church (address the envelope to Community Conversations c/o the church as above).

Door sales will be available on the night, but it helps us to know in advance how many are coming.
