William (Year 11) has won a 'National Excellence Award' for his outstanding participation in Project K last year. This is the third year in a row a Hornby High Student has received this award! We are so very proud!

William's mentor Mark Dingle also won an award for his contribution to the programme and will be travelling to Auckland with William and his mother during November.

What makes this award that little more special is that Mark is also the Board of Trustees Chairperson for the Graeme Dingle Foundation Canterbury and Mark chose to mentor William to get a really good feel for what Project K is all about.
