Our Year 9 Business Studies class has been working on the unit "With Effort Comes Reward" this semester.

To celebrate their efforts, the students were treated to a class trip to Burger King. Our aim in Business Studies is to encourage students to learn to "make it happen" by putting in the effort and taking ownership of their learning that will open doors to future business success.

We are proud of our Year 9 students and their potential as future business leaders. It starts with being able to manage themselves so it was very pleasing that as representatives of Hornby High School the Manager at Burger King thanked them for being a fantastic group!The Business Class would like to thank Dana and Olivia from Learning Support for their assistance.
