Sports Report

Over the last few months, fourteen talented Hornby High School students went through a rigorous selection process to represent Canterbury Rugby League and Waitaha U17s Taiohi Pango Whutupaoro (Rugby). Teams played in the Southern Zone Rugby League tournament, with three players from Hornby High School being selected in the Development Southern Zone Rugby League Team.
