This week a group of 10 pupils had the opportunity to compete in a Zones Basketball Tournament.  We played 6 games against different schools with some great results.  We had 3 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss for the day.  

The tournament was to see who qualified to play in the Canterbury Champs.  The result of the day came down to a tense final game.  We had a draw in this game.  It meant we finished 2= for the tournament.  It was a great result against a lot of bigger schools.

Well done to the team:- Alyssa, Michaela, Temera, James, Kody, Sam, Renz, Khiel, Quaid and Nuu.  Also a huge thank you to Daniel for coaching and for the parents who helped with transport and supported throughout the day.
