Year 6 visit

We had a visit from ex HPS pupils and Hornby High staff on Wednesday. They talked about life at HHS and things we could look forward to next year. It was also great seeing Mr Scott again 😊.

Kelis: “I am looking forward to all of the sports and the science and stuff. I also can’t wait to see my friends that already go to the high school.”

Marvin: “I am looking forward to sports like soccer and trying out new stuff like technology. I am also excited about the cafeteria.”

Angel: “I am really excited about going to the high school because it seems that there are lots of kind people there to help us out and there's lots of cool things like the kete and wood technology, it sounds like fun.”

Nijesh: “I can’t wait to go because I would love to do wood technology and I am excited about badminton.”

Kaeden: “I am excited to go to the high school because I can see my old friends and just getting to do new things like new sports, like science and baking. I am also excited about the cafe.”

Arabella: “I am excited about going into cooking class and also excited to do some new waiata in the bilingual unit and eating at the cafe. I’m also excited about catching up with old friends who are already at the high school.”
