Q: Can we bring food and drink in?

A: There are many food options at the Games at affordable prices. Most of the food outlets are run by Community Groups as fundraisers.  However, you are welcome to bring your own food. The venue has a licensed Bar serving alcoholic beverages. Strictly no BYO alcohol, no glass.

Q: Can we bring a gazebo or shade tent?

A: You may bring a gazebo or shade tent so long as it can be seen through and does not block people behind you from seeing. I.e. no walls or low enough to be seen over. You must be able to secure this if wind. The committee may ask you to take your gazebo or shade tent down if it is blocking the view or deemed not safe. Please keep walkways clear.
