Windwhistle School is thrilled to be able to proceed in 2022 with the 17th Windwhistle Golf Classic on Thursday 12th May 2022 at Fable Terrace Downs.

The committee is delighted to be able to run the Golf Classic in 2022 at Terrace Downs again under the now re-branded Fable Terrace Downs banner.

Windwhistle School is the sole benefactor of the day.  Windwhistle School is a small rural school with limited funding. As such the School is reliant on fundraising and donations to support its vision of growing exceptional learners, people, and citizens. The funds raised from this year’s tournament will again be used to support this vision through the purchase of resources and additional teacher aide resources to deliver quality learning programmes for our students. 

With the School Roll currently sitting at only 23 students fundraising efforts are more important than ever as the School loses Government funding for a second teacher from Term 4 this year. This means that as a School Community they must fundraise for any additional teacher resources until such time as a second teacher is funded again. A role of 26 is required for a second teacher to be funded.

You are invited to support the Classic with either a gold or silver sponsorship package or by entering as an individual. Prizes will be awarded for the top teams and individuals as well as many other prizes on the night.

There will also be a silent and live auction in the evening following the Golf Tournament. Attached is a registration form and information on the packages.
