Postponement: Sunday 14th May.

• If the weather is not favourable on Saturday 13th of May, the event will be postponed to Sunday 14th of May. This may be due to wind or other weather that affects the balloon’s performance.

• If the event is postponed, it will run regardless of the weather on Sunday 14th May.

• If needed a decision on postponement will be made by 8pm Friday 12th May.

• If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be transferred to Sunday 14th of May.

• There will be no refunds if the event is postponed and the ticketholder cannot attend.
• No refunds if the balloons cannot perform.
