A free event for the whole family! Sunday 5th March 1pm - 4pm Darfield Recreation & Community Centre

Selwyn Parenting Network is proudly bringing Children’s Day out to Malvern on Sunday 5th March (1pm - 4pm) to celebrate NZ Children’s Day 2023!!

Whilst this event won’t be on the scale of the flagship event in Rolleston (the same day), they are piloting this Malvern based event, given the feedback we have received from many parents in the Malvern district.

Realising that the Malvern region continues to grow, and with the cost of fuel and general cost of living, we thought how wonderful it would be to bring Children’s Day out to Darfield, and in turn hopefully attract families from neighbouring villages/towns.

There will be three hours of FREE fun for the children, including inflatables and other activities, and we are just in the process of locking in a few more community organisations who are keen to be involved on the day!
