The Hororata Domain, at 92 hectares is one of the oldest and biggest public reserves in New Zealand. The Hororata Domain has a rich history of being a central gathering point for people from all over Canterbury spanning 144 years. It has been cared for by the community with many people giving their time and energy to creating this amazing space for all to enjoy.
