This has been confirmed for the 4th of December to the Rata Marae.

The whole school will be visiting and a Hangi Lunch will be served to all attending. There will also be various activities for our Tamariki to experience Maori culture on the day. We are very lucky to be able to have this on our doorstep and thank the Rata Marae for welcoming us to visit their Marae.

To have enough Kai to feed our school community we will be asking for donations of food items from our community. We would be very appreciative of any donation and these can be delivered to the school office before the day.

Items include:

Chicken, Pork and Mutton

Potatoes, pumpkin, kumara, cabbage

Bread, butter

If you can help in any way with these items please let the office know.

We will also be needing a few parent helpers on the day to help facilitate. If you are free on this day please contact the office.
