Harold the Giraffe has come to visit Isleworth School to talk to us about 'Empathy'

Over the past two weeks the Hapua students have been learning all about having 'Empathy'; putting themselves in someone else's shoes. The students have really taken this on board with the wonderful interaction Harold offers as he puts empathy in a way that they can relate to. They also learning that being a "bucket filler" with warm fuzzies is far better than being a "bucket dipper" with cold pricklies. Ask your child what they learned and how they can show empathy to their friends and family.
