We've been busy with Harold and the Life Education Team who have helped us explore what it means to be an 'Upstander.'

Over the past two weeks Harold has shown us what it means to be an 'Upstander'. 

An 'Upstander' is some who sees something that is wrong and helps, positively, to make it right. They are also known as a SUPER FRIEND!

He also helped us to respond to a variety of situations where we determined whether they were above or below the 'Super Friend' line and gave us a couple of scenarios (through a short video and a book) of what an 'Upstander' would do.

We warmed up with a brief reminder of how to care for ourselves and our bodies... and also learned how to party like a Giraffe!!!
