Kia ora

We are Kalani and Lydia and we are the Head Students at Te Kura o Te Mātāpuna for 2025. We are proud to be the Head Students because it is a great opportunity for us to grow.

This term we have shown new people around our school, helped at the PTA school fair, ran assembly and helped throughout the school.

We meet with Miss Roulston every fortnight on Friday to catch up, talk about what’s happened at school and share ideas we have. Last week we went around the classes and completed a survey on the kids. From the survey we were able to see how they feel about school and got ideas that they have to make it even better!

This week we are going to a conference with the Whānau Kaitiaki. We are so excited to go to something new!
