Room 6 Mikayla Johnson - for the confident way you led assembly last week and for the endeavour you show each week by completing all your learning tasks.
Akuira Rakatairi-Jetson - for the thought and kindness you show towards others. We love having you in our class.
Room 7 Jackson Voyce - for the endeavour you showed when doing your times tables with Whaea Kelly. You didn’t give up and kept going once you got it.
Cassidy Edwards - for the hard work you have put into your reading and maths this term. You are determined to practise what you know on your own.
Room 9 Emily Kerslake - for using her love of writing to focus on using a wide variety of writing tools to draw the reader in.

Eli Goddard – for the enthusiasm and celebration you showed during writing last week. You showed endeavour by editing your story and took pride in its result.
Room 8 Lilah Ngatoa-Spooner - for focussing on her learning and working independently.

Room 5 Gabe Huxley - welcome to Room 4 and James Cook School and for amazing 3-part patterning skills in maths.
Caius Graham-Mohr - for excellent letter sound knowledge.
Room 6 Zion Down - for your excellent writing. You took up the challenge of 3 different sentence types and achieved it.
Tropex Faletaogo - for the aroha and kindness you show to others. You are always there, ready to help when someone is hurt.
Room 7 Carter Wilkinson – for endeavouring with your reading and maths. You think about what we are learning and apply them to your work.
Timo-Tai Tupaea – for the determination you showed during your PROBE test. You self-corrected your reading and sounded out words until you got them right. Way to show endeavour!
Room 2 Toby Spring - for settling in so well to your new class and showing Endeavour by asking questions and focusing to complete your work. Well done!
