Upcoming events

Kara Mason —

We have a number of events to look forward to this term.

This Friday is our Mufti Day and Sausage Sizzle to raise funds for our school.

On Friday 19 May, Aotearoa will also become a sea of pink as schools, workplaces and communities join the Pink Shirt Day movement. So you may like to wear pink as part of your mufti.

By taking part you will be helping to stamp out bullying by celebrating diversity and promoting kindness and inclusion.

Kōrero Mai, Kōrero Atu, Mauri Tū, Mauri Ora!

Speak Up, Stand Together, Stop Bullying!

Wednesday 14th June - Ngā Kākano Junior team to Te Manawa to visit the Star Lab as part of learning for Matariki.

Friday 16th June - Year 6, 7 and 8 will be taking part in a vaping education programme through SUPP and Sonya from Health Promotion - SmokeFree/VapeFree, both working out of Te Whatu Ora Whanganui.  This is an in-school session for our students.

Tuesday 20th June is our school disco fundraiser.  More details to come closer to the time.

In the last week of this term we will be unveiling our mural and show-casing the art-work that the students have been working on last term and this term.  Again - more details to come!
