This is the first round of points for our Waka so far this year.

A few weeks ago we ran our first Waka event which was a x-race based team pair challenge.  The students had a lot of fun and great to see some whānau come down to support the students.

Some events proved more challenging than others and some required some bravery, getting wet in the school pool!

Results as follows;

1st place Rauawa - Mercedees, Timotai and Ace

1st place Tauihu - Tylah and James

1st place Taurapa - Maddie and Amene

1st place Hiwi - Grace and Kirsty

Overall Waka placings;

1st Rauawa 

2nd Tauihu

3rd Taurapa

4th Hiwi

We look forward to holding our School Athletics this coming Monday 27th March and seeing how this event changes our current Waka standings.
