PLEASE notify the school office if your child is not attending school and the reason for their absence, each day. 

You can advise the office via the school website, the school app, landline phone message (09 836 6913), text to the school mobile (0210417602) and email (administration@jireh.school.nz).

Children who are learning online at home are not marked as 'Absent'. We do however, need to know if you have chosen to keep your child at home to learn online.  

We are legally required to mark the attendance register daily and coding is based on the reason for their absence.  

It is helpful if you let us know of any prolonged absences at the start, otherwise we have to contact you daily.
