Rewena Bread - yum, yum......
What a fantastic (and SO delicious) week!!
This is the Rewena Bread recipe from Monday's cultural day - a great holiday activity.

Ingredients:
4 cups of plain flour
1 cup of sugar
I sachet of instant yeast
1.5 cups of warm water
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients into a dough mixture.
2. Sprinkle some flour onto the bench.
3. Knead the dough until it looks like a solid ball.
4. Put the dough ball into a bowl until it has risen (will almost fill the bowl).
5. Put it into the oven to bake at 180 degrees Celsius.
6. Enjoy!
