Information held by the school

A printed copy of the details we hold for your child is being sent home today.  Please check it carefully, mark any changes - especially phone numbers and email addresses - sign and date the paper and send it back to the school office.  

It is vitally important that we have up-to-date contact information in case of emergencies.
