NCEA Fees & Financial Assistance

Exam fees for all domestic students sitting NCEA this year are set at $76.70 incl per student. This will be charged to term 3 accounts.

Those eligible for financial assistance must apply prior to September 1st.  Criteria for assistance include those on a Work & Income / StudyLink benefit or holders of a Community Services Card(CSC), those whose family income is within the levels set for receiving the CSC, or for families where there are multiple candidates entering exams and whose total fee would exceed $200.

Application forms are available to download from the NZQA website or via email request to the school (cknopp@mcglashan.school.nz).  

Scholarship entries incur an additional fee of $30 per subject.

It should be noted that a different fee structure applies for international students.  $383.30 for NCEA exams and $102.20 for each additional scholarship entry.  International students are not eligible for financial assistance.
