The well-being focus for this term is Resilience. Each week there will be a different strategy posted to help us build resilience.
2. Connect with others: Build up good relationships with your friends and schoolmates. They can support you. Get to know them. Share lunch together. Be part of social and sport events. Challenge yourself to get to know new people and make sure they are made to feel welcome and that they belong. We all need a turangawaewae.
