that will help parents learn how
to support their child's wellbeing when facing change or experiencing
anxiety. These webinars will also benefit teachers and anyone
working with children.
Join Catherine Gallagher, a Registered Clinical Psychologist and
experienced facilitator to learn essential skills to help the young people in
your life.
Supporting Anxious Children
This workshop aims to provide a basic understanding of anxiety and how it particularly relates to children.
- Learn different strategies and skills to help your child manage anxiety and stress, and help them build resilience
- Understand how anxiety works in the body and mind
- Feel more confident to manage anxiety in your child
- Understand resilience and how to build in your children
- Learn parenting strategies and skills to support children

Supporting Children and Young People Around Change
This workshop will explore ways of supporting young people through change, while helping to build on their skills to traverse future change more independently.

- Understand what makes certain changes more difficult for some people, especially in the context of modern life
