For: Teenage Girls who wish to attend a Girls Only Rugby Day to be held in Greymouth

When: Sunday the 10th of April beginning at 12 midday and ending around 3:00pm.

Where: Noel McMillan Park, Karoro (Marist Rugby Club)

Who: Rob Maitland (Nobby) is running this day, and he is an amazing coach and longtime supporter of youth Rugby across Westland, if you haven't met him yet!

What to expect:

• The day will involve an hour to an hour and a half of skills and variation games under the guidance of reputable coaches.

• Following that, the girls will then be given the opportunity to play a game made up by all girls who attend.

• Only those who wish to play will play.

• Those who turn up will present whatever grade of game that takes place.

• Those girls from U13 grade and up are more suited for this but we will not exclude any girl, even if they just want to watch.

• Girls will need to bring Rugby training gear including boots and mouth guards.

• Girls will also need to take care of their own nutrition and hydration.
