The well-being focus for this term is Resilience. Each week there will be a different strategy posted to help us build resilience.
1. Take care of yourself: Maximise your energy levels and well-being. Get enough sleep, eat healthy food, drink water, exercise regularly and see a doctor if you are unwell. Use your breaks well. Find ways to relax and de-stress. Recognise your limits. Breathe deeply. Stretch. Enjoy good music. Get creative. Be kind to yourself. Work difficult things through with those you trust or see a counsellor or your doctor.

We do have options for you to get help you need here on the coast and can explore those with you.
