New Zealand School Tournament

JPII —

Kia ora tātou, It is with great pleasure I bring you news of one of the biggest esports tournament to ever happen in New Zealand.

Full details including a link to register teams is here. It is completely free to enter and participate in. I encourage individuals to sign up so students can see all the terms and conditions though schools wishing to sign up teams on their behalf please feel free to do so. Three individuals make a team. Students can form teams from different kura if required. Teams who are participating will need to be in Invercargill the day before the tournament to ensure the smooth running of registrations.

This is another exciting step forward in the development of school esports in New Zealand, and I look forward to seeing the students enjoy the benefits of social gaming.

We have had some fantastic publicity regarding this initiative; including an article on Stuff and The Southland Times, located here: https://www.stuff.co.nz/southland-times/news/127749131/invercargill-esport-tournament-to-put-city-on-national-stage

Any questions or issues with registration please let me know and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Also, please feel free to take a look at our organisations website to learn more about Your Corps, and all the opportunities we are providing NZ kids with technology: www.yourcorps.co.nz
