Former Student Ruby Tui along with the New Zealand Women's Rugby Sevens Team wins Gold in Tokyo.

It is with great pride that John Paul II celebrates Ruby Tui’s success along with the New Zealand Women's Rugby Sevens team who won gold at the Olympics in Tokyo.

Ruby, a former Head student of our school, now has an Olympic Gold Medal to go with the Silver, the Sevens World Cup and Commonwealth Games Gold.

Last week the Students were excited to support Ruby and were given time to watch their opening game against Kenya. 

Ruby is a wonderful ambassador for women striving and achieving their goals. We are so proud of her success.
