Calf Dissection - Biology class
Bobby was a calf!
Wednesday morning saw some of our Biology students observing Marion Sprock (West Coast Vets) undertaking a dissection of a calf.
This was carried out to support students understanding of the anatomy of vertebrates, where they have to make comparisons of the Digestive and Respiratory systems of two vertebrates.
The students were very respectful and learned a lot from the experience.
Thanks to the Stevensons for their help with this by providing the calf.
