A Dedicated Youth Arts Space for the Grey District We're dreaming big and we need your help!

The Grey District Youth Trust have submitted a proposal to the Manatū Taonga Cultural Sector Regeneration Fund. As part of the evaluation process, Manatū Taonga is interested in hearing from the people that are intended to benefit from each proposal, and those with "recognised and relevant expertise".

Our project is; the setting up, and running of a dedicated arts space for youth in Greymouth. A place where youth can come to feel welcome, and safe, with a focus on the arts. This is a youth-led initiative that will build on the work done by the team at Art Soup during the very successful Youth Arts Space trial in the old GAP/Dragonfly cafe, which has come to an end.
