Catholic Diocese of Christchurch - Golden Catholics - An Invitation...

Golden Catholics is a unique event that brings together senior members of our diocese. We are often touched by the positive feedback received from this group, who are grateful to share worship, discover what’s happening within the diocese and catch up with old friends over a light lunch.

The Bishop’s Pastoral Team will host our 11 August event at Christ the King Parish. Guest speakers will talk about our diocesan priority of Proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ. They will share something of the diocesan priorities linking with faith formation before Villa Maria’s Mercy Ambassadors tell of their faith journey and a young person shares a testimony, including their recent experience at Antioch, referencing the importance of faith to a young person’s life.
