Derived Grade Exams – Commence next week

Seniors will be involved in exams all week, Juniors please refer to the student notices each day for room changes as J3, J4 and J5 will be out of action for most if not all the week.

Monday morning Karakia will be held for Y9 and Y10 students in MM1.

Reminders for senior students

  • You will ONLY be expected in school for your exams.

  • You MUST be in FULL school uniform (even on WEDNESDAY!)

  • Please arrive early for your exams. Morning Exams will commence at 9am and afternoon exams will commence at 1pm.

  • Students should report at the hall for each exam session, those students with Special Assessment Conditions will be arranged from here.

  • You are welcome to remain in school for study or to speak with your teachers for help or advice.

  • If you have any clashes or have any problems attending your exams, please email Mr Steggles dan.steggles@johnpaul.ac.nz as soon as possible.

  • Please read the rules of external examinations – found on NZQA’s website.

If any seniors would like to take part in bootcamp on Wednesday morning – as long as they are not in any exam, then they are more than welcome. Please, however, bring in your uniform to change back into if you have an exam in the afternoon.
