Catholic Character

Prayer

I come before you, oh Lord, and drink in this moment of peace, that I may carry something of your hope, love, and joy today in my heart. Lord, grant me tenacious winsome courage as I go through this day. When I am tempted to give up, help me to keep going. Grant me a cheerful spirit when things don't go my way.

There is much to celebrate! Tui Motu have published three articles written by our students Maia Grosser, Charlotte O’Reilly and Anja Schoeman, titled At This Time. Thanks to Ms Costelloe for all her support with this.

Two Year 9 students, Kate Boddy and Rachel Francis have entered the Diocesan Justice and Peace Commission Essay competition on Racism.

The CYT joined the year 9 and 10 students for a Reflection Day last week. It was a varied day of discussion, games and personal reflection on individual spirituality. The day culminated in the students expressing their positive affirmations for the esprit de corps of the year group.

The Catholic Character Hub Leadership will move into the Junior School over the coming weeks.

My sincere gratitude goes to our senior leaders, Jasmine, Emily, Riley and Daniel who have formed the heart of the Hub this year and encouraged many other students to join and support the Catholic Character of the School.
