Our wonderful Attendance Officer, Marilyn Cook, broke all our hearts recently by announcing her retirement.
Maz will be swapping the glamour of school life for the warmth and wineries of sunny Nelson. While JPII will not be the same without her, we are seeking to replace the irreplaceable with another Attendance Officer.
- Excellent literacy and communication skills
- Strong organizational and IT skills
- Can work effectively within a system that includes the police, social workers, OT, pastoral care team, and families with complex needs
- Enjoy working with young people and their families to improve student attendance and educational outcomes
- Like working as part of a supportive, good-humored, and professional team
- Part-time hours, approx. 25 hours per week starting daily at 8am.
