Over the past week, there have been a couple of occasions where groups of boys within school have been caught setting up an unofficial barber’s service. Although innovative and entrepreneurial, it create several health and safety issues as well as the running the risk of an unsuitable ‘dodgy’ trim.

Can you please ensure students keep their clippers at home! 

Noah Johnson (year 9) travelled to Cable Bay, Nelson to compete in the New Zealand National Enduro Championships. This event was held on Saturday 4th March.  Racing started on Saturday morning with 4 age groups racing in the Junior section. Noah raced in the Under 15 and did a sound performance coming in 2nd for his age group and 7th overall. Noah will be travelling to Queenstown in April for The Sound Island Schools Mountain bike Championships at Coronet Peak.
