We are looking to increase our team, this is a unique role that will suit someone who is physically strong, good with their hands and practical… but at the same time also artistic and creative. You will be involved in the creation, restoration and installation of headstones, memorials and benchtops.
If you are the right fit for the hard-working, dedicated team, and are 100% committed to building a new career, you will be supported to achieve The New Zealand Certificate in Stonemasonry, Monumental Strand.
About You:
- To work in this niche industry, you must:
- Be physically fit and hard working, as this role is physically demanding with heavy lifting.
- Have an artistic flair and excellent eye for detail.
- Have the ability to think on your feet and resolve situations when they arise.
- Hold a full clean drivers licence and able to drive manuals.
- It might be advantageous if you have some previous work experience in building, concreting, and plastering.
