An early start on Wednesday did not deter the year 11 geographers from embarking on the longest day to Christchurch and back.

Kia Ora, on Tuesday the 20th, our Kapa Haka group attended the Te Tai Poutini Kapa Haka Wānanga at Greymouth High School. Thanks to tutors Paula Iraia, Jerry Pū and Joe Mason.

We were fortunate to have been visited by Lucy Waller from the West Coast Penguin Trust, Alastair from Kaikoura Ocean Research Institute, and of course, Mena the Penguin Conservation Dog.
