Kapa Haka Wānanga
On Tuesday, we had our first combined schools Kapa Haka Wānanga, led by Joe Mason, Paula Iraia, Jerry and Pū.
We had Buller High School, Greymouth High School, Reefton Area School, and Darfield High School join us, to grow connections between students and learn new waiata, haka, poi and mau rākau skills.
Marley led our waiata and taught us all the Pūkana game before lunch, and we shared kai together.
