Voices of Hope Presentation

On Tuesday this week we had a visit from a small team of mental health advocates from two Charitable Trusts - from ‘Voices of Hope’ was Jazz Thornton and Genevieve Mora, and from The Last Chance Project Tai Tupou, Keoghan O’Brien and Dayne Te Wao. Both charities aim to encourage positive conversations about mental health. They work to encourage empathy, connection, and hope, and inspire and empower young people to ask for help and offer care and support to each other.

Our students were a fantastic audience, and made some strong connections with the messages shared.

Please connect with alain.davies@johnpaul.ac.nz our amazing guidance counsellor if you’d like any support or information for your child or for yourselves as a family too related to mental health.
