Wananga 20-22 March
Five of our beautiful wahine, Pyper, Hariata, Cora, Paige and Jasmine attended a Wananga at Te Taauka Waka a Maui Marae at Bruce Bay (Makaawhio) where they became one in a Maori environment.
Students were involved in activities and learning Maori games. The Wananga is a good place for our Rangatahi to be themselves and to share their knowledge with everyone. The theme was knowing who you are and where you are from. Ko wai koe?, No hea koe. A great experience for all. Our next Wananga is at Arahura Marae.
