Feast Day 2022

This year the student leaders plan to celebrate our school's feast day like never before by having a day full of activities and events.

This coming Wednesday (18th of May) is set to be a big day of activities planned and organised by students.

The day will be mufti with all funds raised going to our shave for a cure fundraising page.

We will be starting the day with a school mass and confirmations at St Patrick's, followed by rugby and inter-house competitions. The big event of the day will be when 7 students and 2 staff get their heads shaved, with a special guest in attendance...Tania Gibson.

Head to our Shave for a Cure page, (https://shaveforacure.co.nz/johnpauliihighschool), and donate online or a bucket has been set up in the office.

So far, over $3,100 has been raised by our students and staff for "Shave for a Cure", but we have no intention to stop there, so please support us and get behind us and donate, donate, donate!

As well as supporting our Shave for a Cure, there will be Pink Shirt Day activities such as CupCake decorating.

Students are also encouraged to style their hair in crazy ways after mass as a part of Crazy Hair Day.

No need to bring lunch, the Student Council are running a BBQ, so bring lots of money to buy sausages and ice-blocks.

  • Sausages:  $2
  • Ice blocks:  $1
