Mental Health & Addiction Consumer Survey

Do you have experience of mental health or addiction challenges in your life over recent years? Maybe you’re supporting someone else who has struggled with mental health or addiction issues?

The West Coast Mental Health & Addiction System Consumer Survey is open to anyone on the West Coast interested in sharing their experiences of living with mental health or addiction challenges. The survey is completely anonymous and you don’t need to have been involved specifically with mental health or addiction services to take part. Sharing your thoughts helps health organisations learn how we might support you and others to protect and maintain mental wellbeing into the future.

This work is part of a project bringing health organisations together with local people to explore how mental health and addiction services in their region can better meet the needs of their community into the future.
