Work Ready 2 Day Barista Course

Students learnt to make a range of different espresso beverages to order and provide customer service and deal with customer complaints in a simulated café environment. At the end of it they gained 10 x Level 2 credits. Well done to all who attended and I know staff were happy to sample some coffee!
